Does it cost anything to work with you?add
No. The call is free and there's no cost to be sent deals. You only pay a sourcing fee if you decide to go ahead with a deal we've found for you.
How do I get into the WhatsApp group?add
The group is invite only. We start with a short call to understand what you're looking for, and if we're a fit we'll add you. That way the deals landing on your phone are ones worth looking at.
How does the sourcing fee work?add
You only pay when you take a deal on. We agree the fee up front and it's laid out clearly before you commit to anything, so there are no surprises.
What areas do you cover?add
Teesside and the wider North East. Middlesbrough, Stockton, Hartlepool, Darlington, Sunderland, Newcastle and the towns around them.
Do I need cash or can I use finance?add
Both work. Plenty of our investors buy with a mortgage or bridging, others buy cash. Let us know how you're set up and we'll match the deals to it.
